Position Overview

Renewal by Andersen is excited to present a Warehouse Supervisor opportunity. The Warehouse Supervisor is tasked with efficiently overseeing warehouse operations.

This role involves coordinating the receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of goods and materials. Maintain accurate stock records and schedules. Utilize experience and judgment to plan and achieve objectives. Engage in a variety of complex tasks, requiring a degree of creativity and independence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the logistics of physical inventory in accordance with established systems, including organizing the warehouse for optimal inventory management.

Evaluate installation schedules and job information to ensure materials are available as needed; monitor stock usage; maintain appropriate stock levels based on business demands.

Plan and coordinate warehouse work activities. Document best practices. When necessary, provide daily direction to additional staff.

Manage the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods and materials; ensure the protection of inventory to prevent damage; secure warehouse contents against loss or damage. Negotiate favorable pricing for stock items, including volume discounts when applicable; submit purchase orders.

Identify special or non-standard items and negotiate pricing; provide sales representatives with pricing and scheduling information and coordinate with installation schedules.

Maintain inventory of tools and equipment; monitor usage; ensure tools are returned in safe condition.

Coordinate and manage all activities related to the disposal of construction waste. Implement and oversee a recycling program. Uphold Renewal standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Maintain commitments to co-worker satisfaction. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Ability to research and resolve complex issues. Work under limited supervision, requiring advanced process knowledge and judgment in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures to contribute to continuous improvement.


QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong communication skills: listening, written, and verbal. Excellent organizational skills for structuring work assignments, creating standard procedures, and planning projects. Proven ability to manage inventory levels proactively, with a minimum of two years of warehouse experience. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
