Shift: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations and performance of warehouse personnel.
  • Assign tasks and objectives while assessing staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
  • Manage shift assignments and optimize the efficiency of warehouse staff.
  • Conduct necessary training sessions for team members.
  • Guarantee the safe operation and maintenance of all warehouse tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate effectively with other managers within the functional team and support new team members.
  • Initiate specific projects that yield measurable business outcomes.
  • Anticipate additional analytical needs by asking insightful questions beyond the immediate tasks.
  • Provide clear and prompt responses to inquiries related to your area of expertise.
  • Establish yourself as a credible expert in your field.
  • Prepare and facilitate internal meetings with relevant analytics and data.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in management, administration, supply chain, customer service, or 5+ years of relevant experience in product distribution.
  • Familiarity with safety and legal documentation processes for warehouse operations (e.g., MSDS, Equipment checklist, BOL).
  • Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong leadership and administrative capabilities.
  • Excellent team-building, motivational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and resolve crises.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver products weighing over 150 pounds with assistance.
  • Proficient in reading and comprehending English to ensure personal and team safety.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
