Job Summary

Catholic Charities is seeking a Community Arts Educator to join our team at the OMI Senior Center. This role involves developing and implementing creative arts programs for seniors, promoting socialization, independence, and community participation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver engaging creative arts programs for seniors, including workshops, classes, and special events.
  2. Collaborate with the Program Director and senior center team to plan calendar development, record keeping, and reporting.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely data entry for PQI reporting and case record reviews.
  4. Prepare and submit case records in a timely manner.
  5. Contribute to quarterly case record review committees for PQI reporting and department or program performance improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Art Education or related field and minimum two years' experience in art education, or four years of related work experience.
  • Leadership abilities, teaching experience, and ability to take charge as needed.
  • Knowledge of services to seniors, ability to work as part of a team, and computer literacy.
Salary Range

$30-$40 per hour based on experience.
