With extensive clinical validation and significant growth potential, we offer a fantastic career opportunity.About the Role:As a Clinical Research Scientist at Ceribell, you will provide scientific expertise to support evidence generation for publications and contribute to clinical trial design, regulatory submissions, and product development. You will analyze complex data, collaborate with internal stakeholders (Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Marketing, R&D) and external experts (physicians and Key Opinion Leaders), and assist in clinical strategy, scientific publications, and product design.Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the evidence generation process from evidence gap analysis through study concept, protocol development, data collection, data analysis, and final write-up.
  • Analyze retrospective and prospective clinical study datasets to further Ceribell's evidence generation activities.
  • Author manuscripts and abstracts for submission and publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals; and author slide and poster presentations for scientific meetings/congresses worldwide.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL SCIENTIFIC, TECHNICAL, AND ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERS TO SUPPORT CLINICAL AND PRODUCT STRATEGIES.
  • Represent Ceribell at scientific conferences and with regulatory agencies, investigational meetings, and Advisory Boards.
  • Contribute as part of the Clinical Research team to determine appropriate evaluation, interpretation, and presentation of data.
Required Qualifications:Master's Degree in science or biomedical engineering2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis and/or clinical researchExperience analyzing complex data and presenting it to varying levels of audienceExperience writing peer-reviewed journal articlesAbility (and desire) to effectively manage multiple projects in fast-paced startup environmentPreferred qualifications:PhD in science or biomedical engineeringBackground in biostatistics, public health, data science, experimental psychology, neuroscience, or related fieldExperience with industry data analytics, healthcare data, and/or neurologyMedical device experience, especially diagnostic or AI devicesClinical trial or clinical data study design experiencePublished first author of peer-reviewed journal articlesIn addition to your base compensation, Ceribell offers the following:Annual Bonus Opportunity + Ceribell Equity100% Employer paid Health Benefits for the Employee50% - 70% Employer paid Health, Dental & Vision for dependents (according to plan selection)Life & Long-term disability insurance paid 100% by CeribellMonthly cell phone stipendFlexible paid time off11 Paid HolidaysExcellent parental leave policyFantastic culture with tremendous career advancement opportunities.Compensation Range $100,000-$130,000 USD
