Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized financial solutions tailored to each member's unique needs
  • Guide members through the process of securing personal loans or financing for auto, boat, RV, ATV, or snowmobile purchases
  • Deliver thoughtful recommendations that promote financial wellness
  • Strengthen member relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with banking or credit union experience preferred. Proficiency in consumer lending is critical, as is strong listening and verbal and written communication skills. A professional demeanor and commitment to regular attendance are essential in this member-centric role.
