About the Role

As a post-acute care nurse, you'll work with residents and medical staff to devise care plans, ensure residents receive the right personalized treatments and medications, and explain best options for care with residents and their family members. You'll also have the opportunity to lead the training and supervision of nursing staff and perform fluid sample draws for lab work.

Requirements
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • At least 4 months' experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
  • Clinicians must be vaccinated against Covid-19
