Position Summary:

We are in search of an enthusiastic individual to become a part of our team as a facility host. This position entails acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for our guests, assisting them with inquiries, and ensuring they enjoy a positive experience during their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, both face-to-face and via phone
  • Support the sales of programs and memberships
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility
  • Accurately process transactions using our Point of Sale system
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Must successfully complete a background check
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
