Overview:

A rapidly expanding organization in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sector is in search of an experienced Principal Controls & Automation Engineer. This role will focus on the development and troubleshooting of automated control systems, with the individual serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PLC and HMI programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming and troubleshooting of PLC and HMI systems (including Allen Bradley and SCADA)
  • Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating across departments with maintenance teams
  • Ensuring timely completion of critical project deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in the field of Controls and Automation Engineering
  • Extensive knowledge of Allen Bradley and SCADA systems for programming and troubleshooting
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industries is advantageous
  • Willingness to work on-site as required
