Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and tracking project schedules for our electrical contracting projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage Project Schedules: Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules for electrical contracting projects using industry-standard scheduling software.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project timelines and milestones.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Regularly review project progress, identify potential delays, and provide solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Update and Adjust Schedules: Regularly update and adjust schedules based on project changes, ensuring accurate reflection of project status.
  • Communicate Project Timelines: Conduct schedule reviews with project teams and management to communicate project timelines and any potential risks.
  • Prepare Schedule Reports: Prepare detailed schedule reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
