Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated MEP Superintendent to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP systems, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing MEP components on large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise all on-site MEP activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall project plan.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety of MEP installations.
- Resolve any MEP-related issues that arise during construction, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, maintaining accurate records of all MEP activities and changes.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a culture of safety on the job site.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [5] years of experience as an MEP Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
