  • Order Processing: Accurately process patient orders, ensuring timely and efficient service.

  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations, including unexpected customer needs or product availability.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or healthcare.
  • Cash Handling: Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner.
