Pinnacle Home Care Inc. is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a PRN Speech Therapist, you will provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients in their homes, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients' speech and language abilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one speech therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques and technologies to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress, updating treatment plans as needed to reflect changing needs and goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers, providing education and support to promote optimal communication and quality of life.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Current licensure as a Speech Therapist in the State of Florida.
- Minimum two years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a home health care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clinical skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.
