About the Role

Kreider Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). As a DSP, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living skills, including self-medication programs and transportation.
  • Encourage attitudes and behaviors that enhance community inclusion.
  • Support clients in leading a self-directed life and contributing to the community.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Pass the T.A.B.E. (Test for Adult Basic Education) test upon hire.
  3. Minimum 18 years of age.
  4. Must have an Illinois driver's license and an acceptable driving record and insurance in accordance with agency policy.
  5. Ability to successfully pass drug/health screening and background checks that are required by our agency.
