We are seeking a skilled Crisis Therapist to join our team at Community Health Network. As a Crisis Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing mental health and substance abuse evaluations, crisis intervention, and support services to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate biopsychosocial status and needs for the development of an appropriate treatment/crisis plan.
- Provide 24-hour mental health/substance abuse emergency resources to persons in central Indiana.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement crisis intervention plans to support individuals in crisis.
- Provide education and consultation to hospital staff and external customers on mental health and substance abuse topics.
- LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC licensure in the State of Indiana.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field.
- 2+ years of experience providing mental health treatment.
- Past experience in crisis triage and management, risk assessments, and working with mental health and chemically dependent populations.
