Job Details
The Director of Preconstruction is responsible for leading the preconstruction phase of construction projects. This includes overseeing project estimates, budgets, and schedules, as well as coordinating with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders. The Director of Preconstruction will also work closely with the construction team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project estimates and budgets

  • Provide leadership and direction to the preconstruction team
