Imperative Care is seeking a highly skilled MarCom Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-focused, multi-channel marketing communications to elevate stroke care, build product awareness, and generate strong leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management to align brand messaging across all outputs.
  • Partner with physicians, clinicians, patients, and sales to leverage messages used for marketing programs and communications materials.
  • Monitor customer and sales force needs to develop and/or recommend marketing tools and resources.
  • Contribute to the creation of digital, video, audio, and print content in support of corporate and product needs.
  • Oversee all social media channels for Imperative Care, including strategy planning, content creation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement digital commercial programs and corporate website content updates.
  • Track and report on program performance and ROI using HubSpot.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital marketing, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
  • Prior medical device or bio-tech experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media campaigns, SEO, keyword search, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and proficiency with marketing tools, including Canva, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creative, goal-oriented problem-solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What We Offer:

Imperative Care offers a competitive salary range of $108,000 - $126,000 annually, comprehensive benefits, including a 401k plan, health benefits, generous PTO, and a parental leave program. We also offer stock options and a stake in our collective success.
