Procurement Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to join our team at Ultimate Staffing. This is an 8-month temporary position in Stockton, CA, with a competitive hourly rate of $22-$25.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a basic understanding of procurement principles, preferably in the public sector.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Procurement Contracts staff and Procurement Manager with RFPs and IFBs
  • Reviewing files and contracts
  • e-documentation and backlogging of purchase orders within a 3-year span
  • Assisting the Procurement and Business Unit staff with contract and purchase order closeouts
