Veteran Affairs Sales Manager Position

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Veteran Affairs Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our presence in the veteran affairs market.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of community liaison staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with major regional accounts, hospitals, healthcare systems, and other referral sources
- Educate physicians, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities on regulations, policies, and scope of service
- Obtain VA medical forms and records from physician offices or medical facilities
- Serve as a liaison between the agency, VA physicians, facilities, referral sources, and hospitals in the community
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Health-related field preferred
- 5+ years of sales experience, with management experience a plus
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Theoretical knowledge of home health and/or hospice
- Ability to travel up to 15% including overnight stays
