Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Technician to join our team at Innovative Rx Us Holdings, Inc. As a vital part of our data entry team, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt and accurate entry of orders into our computer system. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the integrity of our customer and prescription data, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input customer and prescription data into our computer system with high accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure prompt service by assisting customers via phone and responding to their requests in a timely manner
• Work directly with customer facilities to enter accurate information and resolve any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with the order entry team to ensure new and refill orders are entered before the cut-off time
• Escalate any issues to the Data Entry Lead or Pharmacist as needed
• Participate in required training and attend all necessary training sessions
• Review and follow all applicable policies and procedures
• Provide back-up customer service functions as needed
• Utilize Lean Concepts to improve processes and document issues and suggestions using CPAS and Rapid Improvements
• Troubleshoot any order issues as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Active pharmacy technician license from the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy preferred
• Previous data entry experience
• Working Conditions:
• Normal working hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with additional time as required based on daily workloads
• Saturday shifts may be required to support customers
• Participation in the on-call rotation is voluntary, with incentive pay provided
• Data entry team members must work well together as a team
• Physical Requirements:
• Sitting and working at a computer for up to 8 hours a day, minus scheduled breaks
• Operating a desktop keyboard and mouse
• Using a desk phone with either handset or wireless headset
• Communicating with employees, patients, caregivers, and physicians by phone, fax, and email in a courteous and professional manner
