Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Officer to drive business expansion in the US technology services market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, leveraging your existing network to expedite the sales cycle and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in industries such as Media & Entertainment, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, and others relevant to Stixis' offerings.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts to foster ongoing partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into signed contracts, ensuring timely closure of business deals.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in business development or sales within the technology services industry in the US.
  • A strong existing network or connections in the US tech sector (CXO/VP level relationships are highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives.
