Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide/CNA to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Home Health Aide/CNA, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a full-time (40 hours) position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Monitor and record client vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Perform range of motion exercises and other simple procedures as assigned
  • Assist clients with the use of equipment, such as wheelchairs and side rails
  • Document services provided in accordance with agency policy
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Completion of federally compliant training program as required by law/regulation and successful completion of a competency evaluation program
  • Licensed CNA within the State of Michigan
  • Documentation of one year's employment as an aide in an institution, home care, or hospice setting
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate the Organizational Core Competencies and Organizational Code of Ethics and adhere to the Compliance Program
