Key Responsibilities
  • Process federal documents for C code resolutions.
  • Complete R2T4 calculations for students who withdraw within the federally mandated timeline.

  • Provide excellent customer service to students, families, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless processing of financial aid.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in financial aid administration, preferably in a private college setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulations regarding financial programs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail.
