We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Financial Services Processor to join our team at Moody Bible Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial aid, maintaining a thorough understanding of need analysis and student financial aid eligibility, and supporting all day-to-day operations of the Student Enrollment Services.
Key Responsibilities- Process federal documents for C code resolutions.
- Complete R2T4 calculations for students who withdraw within the federally mandated timeline.
- Run SAP process each semester and send out communications to students.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student financial aid information.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless processing of financial aid.
- Stay up-to-date with federal regulatory requirements and best practices in financial aid processing.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in financial aid administration, preferably in a private college setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulations regarding financial programs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- PeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience.
This is a full-time position working in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail.
