About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ESI Processing Manager to join our team at Leidos Holding. As a key member of our Digital Modernization Sector, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of data processing services, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files and related services.
  • Consult with attorneys and support staff on best practices for conforming to ESI specifications.
  • Ensure that incoming productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications.
  • Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, including scheduling, requirements assessments, and quality control.
Requirements
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field, and 5+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience performing litigation support, including ESI processing and productions, data culling, and quality assurance.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of management experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
  • Knowledge of SQL/Queries, Government IT environment, and litigation support software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five (5) years of management/supervisory level experience.
  • Certification in eDiscovery program preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a Federal Government environment.
  • Current Public Trust or higher security clearance.
