Job Overview

Tommy John is a comfort-focused lifestyle brand seeking a talented Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Scottsdale, AZ team. As a Comfort Concierge, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a dynamic team that delivers an outstanding in-person shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a positive customer experience by consistently demonstrating Tommy John's customer-centric selling standards and achieving daily sales goals.
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns in a professional manner, partnering with store leadership on elevated issues.
  • Outfit customers by suggesting key looks and products, incorporating individual style with popular bundles.
  • Promote brand awareness and growth by introducing customers to social media channels and hashtags.
  • Perform register sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash control procedures and customer service guidelines.
  • Collaborate with fellow associates, providing ad hoc support with tasks and customer interactions.
  • Restock return merchandise, label and place damaged merchandise, and maintain a neat and well-presented store environment.
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A customer-focused mindset with a desire to please and provide exceptional service.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within a fashion/retail environment.
  • Alignment with TJ core values: Humble, Adaptable, Mindful, GSD 2.0, & Curious.
  • Experience processing information and merchandise through the computer and POS register system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically with customers and retail team.
  • Strong organizational and merchandising skills, with the ability to drive business through creativity and extensive fashion knowledge.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk around for extended periods, with short breaks.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
