Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist

Community Health Care is a leading non-profit organization that offers quality healthcare to underserved patients in Pierce County. We are seeking a Clinic Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor clinical processes and initiatives to identify areas for improvement
• Assist staff members in implementing quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain awareness of evidence-based medicine and best practice guidelines
• Track and analyze trends and outcome reports to advise teams on areas for improvement
• Provide education related to quality programs, processes, and procedures
• Communicate with patients to recall them for appointments for vaccines, preventative care visits, and tests in relation to standing orders and clinical measures
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and one year of experience in an ambulatory clinical area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
