Proud Moments ABA is a leading organization in the field of behavioral health, dedicated to delivering exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum, from infancy through young adulthood. Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing behavioral strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collecting and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of individualized treatment plans
  • Assisting BCBAs in training families on the application of tailored treatment strategies
  • Being responsive to the needs and requests of clients and their families
  • Maintaining open communication with families, supervisors, and relevant parties
  • Engaging in physical activities to keep pace with clients during sessions, which may include standing, sitting, bending, lifting, running, and more
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by BCBAs or Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs)

Required Qualifications:

  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Skills in managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Salary Range: $16-22/hr
