  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of food and beverage supervisory experience or three years of food and beverage-related experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in overseeing events with 100 or more attendees
  • Knowledge of Agilisys, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Delphi preferred
  • T.I.P.S. and Serve Safe Certification preferred
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push up to 75 pounds regularly
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
