Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for uncovering, qualifying, and generating group business for Foxwoods Resort Casino properties. This includes selling guest rooms, food & beverage, and gaming revenues to prospective corporations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct on-site tour inspections and presentations to groups of potential clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure top-quality customer service
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience as a sales manager in a hotel or conference center
  • Experience with the Delphi sales system preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an office environment 75% of the time with off-site travel required 25% of the time
