About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Sales Supervisor to join our team at Eddie Bauer. As a Part-Time Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the management team to create an exceptional customer experience and drive sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in creating a positive and engaging store environment that develops and retains customers, managers, and associates.
  • Execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store that meets company standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales and statistical expectations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with training and development of sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and making bank deposits.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Prior supervisory experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
  • Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move product and fixtures up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
