Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to lead our team and drive guest satisfaction. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for motivating and coaching our team members to deliver outstanding service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and set the tone for a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Drive Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience by providing prompt and friendly service.
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Meet Sales and Profit Goals: Work with the team to meet sales and profit goals by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting menu items.
Requirements
  • Previous Management or Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, guests, and management.
  • Customer Service Skills: A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations with ease.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 55 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
