We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team at Hardees - Capstone Restaurant Group. As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the Assistant Manager and General Manager with management activities and duties, ensuring all activities are consistent with and support the restaurant's business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing restaurant operations, including supervising staff, controlling labor costs, and maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Monitor and maintain proper staffing levels and labor costs.
  • Train and provide direction and supervision for Team Members.
  • Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize controllable costs.
  • Effectively plan, organize, and implement all operational routines and activities during your shift.
  • Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
  • Ensure all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures are observed and enforced.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
  • Must have reliable transportation and method of communication with restaurant.
