Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose and repair complex industrial equipment, including fill machines, labelers, cappers, and dry heat ovens.
- Preventive Maintenance: Initiate and complete preventive maintenance requests on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Equipment Operation: Operate water room equipment, central plant equipment, and refrigeration systems to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Maintenance Project Management: Install and modify equipment, including new installations, updates, and removals of obsolete equipment.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 5 years industrial mechanic experience, and associate degree or technical diploma in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email.
