As a Repair Technician at Guitar Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments. You will also contribute to the upkeep of store inventory, consistently enhancing customer experiences through quality work and building business growth.

We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of guitar repair who can provide outstanding customer service, identify opportunities for improvement, and take initiative to resolve issues. The ideal candidate should possess foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products and be able to train others effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
