Job Title: Operations Analyst

Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to support our Program Executive Office Combat Support and Combat Service Support (PEO CS&CSS) program. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Product Manager (PdM) Common Tactical Truck (CTT) and Project Manager Transportation Systems (PM TS) to execute daily operations, manage records and databases, and coordinate acquisition-related meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute regular transaction processes to maintain operations, records, and databases.
  • Coordinate and organize acquisition-related meetings, including calendar management.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external program requirements across the product office, higher headquarters, and external organizations.
  • Coordinate and staff documents, including Milestone and Material Release documents.
  • Organize and run organizational events.
  • Provide operations and administrative support for the Product office as needed.
  • Provide technical oversight of program operations and advise senior leadership on objectives.
  • Develop and update program milestone plans, schedules, and milestone required documents.
  • Analyze and prepare alternative cost and forecasting data plans based on requirements.
  • Build and analyze budget models to aid in the development of alternative Government program budgets.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMs applications.
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with military operations and acquisitions management, or 7+ years of experience with military operations and acquisitions management in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to talk and interact with people proactively.
  • Critical thinker.
  • Program Management (PM) awareness.
  • Able to move fast and adjust quickly.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with operations and analysis.
  • Master's degree and 2+ years of experience with operations and analysis.
  • 2+ years of Project Management or Data Analysis experience.
  • Previous PM or Ops experience.
  • Previous experience working in PEO CS&CSS or PEO Ground Combat Systems (GCS).
  • Active Secret Clearance.
