  • Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning community.
  • Assess and Evaluate Student Progress: Regularly assess and evaluate student progress, using data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions to support student growth.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
  • Certification: Valid Alabama Teacher's Certificate.
  • Experience: Proven experience working with students with special needs, preferably in a therapeutic education setting.
