Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Mercy Hospital Southeast. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, maintaining professional accountability for the provision of care for assigned patients.
- Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, as well as prolonged standing and walking each shift.
