Role Summary:
The Customer Experience Representative - Returns is responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction for both the customer and the company. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of our return and exchange policies, as well as the ability to process returns accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer returns in accordance with established policies.
- Welcome each customer warmly to create a positive experience.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously.
- Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions with minimal supervision.
- Handle inquiries efficiently, ensuring minimal inconvenience to customers.
- Document and process returns and exchanges accurately.
- Receive and prepare merchandise for repair when necessary.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant experience in customer service or returns processing. Supervisory experience is preferred, as is familiarity with public relations.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in reading and understanding English (or another language as required).
- Basic writing skills for correspondence and documentation.
- Effective verbal communication skills for customer interactions.
- Basic mathematical skills for verifying transactions.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to fifty pounds.
- Manual dexterity for operating electronic equipment and completing paperwork.
