Job Description

The Child and Family Care Assistant will work closely with our team to provide support services to children and families. Key responsibilities include assisting with recreational activities, modeling ABA methodologies, and maintaining awareness of clients' whereabouts to ensure safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have 1+ years of human service experience working with children or adults. A bachelor's degree in a human services field is preferred, along with RN or LPN certification. You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as behavioral intervention and crisis management skills.

Location and Work Environment

This position requires availability for overnight and long-term behavioral aid services in Georgia counties, including Dawson, Lumpkin, and others. You must have a valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation.
