We are seeking a qualified Resource Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional care and support services to individuals and families in need.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of foster and adoptive children and their families by providing referral treatment planning and support services that promote their social functioning, safety, wellbeing, and permanency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of foster and adoptive children's needs and develop individualized referral treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of referral treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a major in social work or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proof of automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
  • Clinical Social Work verified state license if required by state regulations.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
