We are seeking a highly skilled University Relations Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with universities and managing the entire process of hiring early talent to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee full life cycle intern recruiting to ensure it is effective, simple, and smooth.
- Co-own early talent recruitment plans with regional and global Talent Acquisition leadership team.
- Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates by attending career fairs, networking events, and other university-related activities.
- Train hiring managers and local Westinghouse employees on career fair attendance and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Create a fantastic candidate and hiring manager experience, building long-term relationships.
- 2+ years' experience as a successful Talent Acquisition Partner focused on early talent.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with university stakeholders and students.
- Excellent presentation skills and willingness to travel occasionally to attend university events and other networking events.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
