Position Overview

The City Menus LLC is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Part-time Customer Support Advisor for Enrollment Services. This position is ideal for those who enjoy assisting others and have a passion for education.

Location

This role will be conducted in a dynamic environment focused on providing support to students and their families.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing communication channels including phone, voicemail, and email to ensure timely responses.
  2. Addressing inquiries from students, prospective students, and their families regarding admissions, registration, and financial aid.
  3. Documenting all interactions in accordance with established protocols.
  4. Escalating complex inquiries to the appropriate team members as necessary.
  5. Conducting outbound calls for various outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service capacity.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in enrollment services within an educational setting is advantageous.

Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid understanding of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A keen attention to detail and follow-up capabilities.
