About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our people, assets, and brands. You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on creating a safe environment for our employees, teams, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identification and Mitigation of External Theft and Fraud Trends: Conduct investigations focusing on habitual offenders and high-impact external theft/fraud incidents using company technology (CCTV, Incident Reporting, Data Analysis).
  • Training and Development: Teach and train Store Leaders and Brand Associates in safe practices for effectively handling external theft events and the use of Company Case Management and Reporting systems.
  • Collaboration with Law Enforcement: Regularly interact with State/County/Local Law Enforcement in developing comprehensive and detailed cases pertaining to habitual and aggressive offenders.
  • Prosecution Support: Represent the Company and regularly interact with Prosecuting Attorney's Offices to prosecute cases that meet State and Local standards.
What You'll Do
  • Identification, Resolution, and Training: Identify, resolve, and train around internal and external theft awareness and reduction.
  • Emergency Preparedness and Risk Analysis: Support and deliver on the objective of shortage and safety programs.
  • Operational Controls and Compliance: Collaborate with leadership, internal and external partners, and law enforcement to execute the Company Habitual Offender Program (Prosecution through case building).
