As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the development and renovation of our resorts, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all aspects of construction and renovation are executed according to plan.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and expenses are minimized.
  • Scope Definition: Clearly define project scopes, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being performed to the highest standards of quality and that all necessary permits and approvals are in place.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project team members, contractors, and senior management, to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Risk Management: Identify, validate, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all potential issues are addressed and that projects are delivered without incident.
Requirements:
  • Education: Engineering, Architectural, or Construction Management degree with a minimum of five years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience: Proven experience in construction and renovation, with a strong background in project management and budgeting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Software: Proficiency in construction scheduling, estimating, and management software, including Primavera, Expedition, or similar tools.
  • Certifications: PMP and/or LEED certification/experience a plus.

Compensation:

Generally starting at $175,000 per year, with the actual salary dependent on experience, education, skills, and work location.
