This role entails delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring safety, and overseeing responsible alcohol consumption among patrons. The successful applicant will be adept at verifying identification and managing entry for guests, particularly those who may be overly intoxicated. You will play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring a secure atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulate the influx of guests into the venue
  • Verify identification
  • Greet guests upon arrival and express gratitude as they depart
  • Report any issues to management promptly
  • Monitor and address any concerns with guests
  • Support team members as needed
  • Facilitate crowd management and direct traffic

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a host or greeting role is preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Possession of or ability to obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification through Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC)
  • Friendly demeanor with a customer-centric approach
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and management
