Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER to join our growing team at Fast Pace Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

This role involves leading clinic staff, implementing clinical protocols, and ensuring patient satisfaction by providing quality healthcare services in rural communities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians, maintaining behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations.
  • Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.
  • Masters Degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner License required.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
