About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

You will lead clinic staff, implement clinical protocols, and ensure patient satisfaction by providing quality healthcare services. Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians
  • Maintain behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care
  • Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Family Nurse Practitioner License
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice
