Data Center Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team at Compu Dynamics LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling data center solutions and services to clients across North America.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and targets within the data center market segment.
- Identify and Qualify Leads: Research, network, and build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at data center facilities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with C-level executives, IT managers, and procurement professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored data center solutions.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work with internal technical teams to design and deliver data center solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
- Present and Negotiate: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our data center offerings and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Track and Report Performance: Monitor and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay Informed and Represent the Company: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the data center sector, and represent Compu Dynamics LLC at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Equivalent Experience: A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience are required.
- Outside Sales Experience: 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or data center industries is required.
- Understanding of Data Center Critical Power and Cooling Systems: A deep understanding of data center critical power and cooling systems is preferred.
- Experience with IT Companies and Data Center Infrastructure: 3-5 years of experience working with IT companies, colocations, and end users who manage and maintain data center infrastructure is preferred.
