Job Summary

This role will provide administrative support to the department, performing routine clerical functions and assisting with multiple departments simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and communicate effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze inventory reports to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting
  • Prepare and produce daily production schedules, labels, and MOs based on inventory and customer demand
  • Communicate schedule changes with production and customer service teams in a timely manner
  • Assist in forecasting sales demands to maximize production efficiencies
  • Responsible for accurate daily production reporting and schedule control
  • Manage and maintain the Mold Management system, including setup, location, and life cycle of all molds
  • Determine and recommend purchase of new molds
  • Manage current and new item setup in Lawson
  • Monitor raw material inventory, including verification of receiving materials and pricing updates
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders related to raw materials and coordinate with vendors
  • Assist the accounting department with PO discrepancies
  • Support the customer service department with inquiries related to product availability
  • Participate in quarterly finished goods inventory
  • Review and assist with annual Bill of Materials
  • Effectively communicate any issues related to schedule, raw materials, delivery delays, etc. with site leaders
  • Maintain historical records by filing documents
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent training, experience, and education
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or accounting business experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using Tableau, Infor OS Cloud, and Salesforce Software
