Housekeeper Full Time Days Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our patient rooms, common areas, and other assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in patient rooms, common areas, and other assigned areas.
  • Work closely with departmental leaders and teammates to ensure seamless operations.
  • Demonstrate best practice cleaning practices with knowledge and understanding of Infection Control requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect in all interactions.
  • Wear PPE and work in a fast-paced medical environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and comprehend English.
  • Proficient in basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of experience in a healthcare housekeeping position.
