Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admissions Director to join our team at Miller's Health Systems. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall marketing and sales functions of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and other community resources to drive referrals and admissions.
  • Process all inquiry calls from hospitals, physicians, families, and prospective residents, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services and facilities to the local community.
  • Conduct marketing presentations to interest groups, such as Kiwanis, Rotary, and AARP, to educate the public about our services.
  • Monitor inquiry, admission, and census trends, preparing regular reports for the Executive Director and Corporate Marketing Regional.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to our company's core values of passion, integrity, stewardship, growth, and adaptation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or a related field.
